• Early career in manufacturing management with Cadbury Ltd, including Night Shift Production Management

• Moved to HR and worked with large manufacturing sites in the UK, dealing with Trade Unions, Annual Pay negotiations, Workforce Planning

• Joined United Biscuits for European role, leading European Works Councils engagement. Major acquisition and integration in UK and large site closure

• Set up own business and supported European restructuring projects at Twinings, Wander AG and DS Smith

• Most recent projects included M&A integrations, Pan European Business re-structuring and implementing new European Works Council agreement, including joint ‘People’ Charter
